Bexar Branches Alliance’s 5th Birthday Bash
Join Bexar Branches Alliance on Friday, July 24, from 6:30–8:30 PM at Cherrity Bar as we celebrate five years of growing a healthier, greener San Antonio region through the preservation and expansion of our urban tree canopy!
For five years, your support has helped us plant trees that provide shade, improve air quality, reduce urban heat, manage stormwater, support wildlife, and enhance the quality of life in our communities. Together, we’re creating a more resilient future, one tree at a time.
During the celebration, we’ll also recognize the graduates of our inaugural Tree Guides Cohort, who will soon begin leading Tree Trail Treks and helping connect our community to the rich history, ecology, and benefits of our urban forest.
A $30 donation includes a food ticket for an assortment of appetizers and a complimentary non-alcoholic, caffeinated tea brewed from a native Texas tree species—the yaupon holly.
Cherrity Bar offers free parking in the lot directly across the street, and additional food and beverage options will be available for purchase.
