Tree Trail Trek with Talat Shah & Pam Peck

Stone Oak Park North Trails

Trees, Terrain, & Trails: An Eco-Stroll through Stone Oak – Join us for a guided stroll through the rugged beauty of the Stone Oak Park North Loop. Discover a 245-acre wilderness remnant perched on the southern edge of the Edwards Plateau—a hidden naturescape within the busy suburban landscape. As we explore the local terrain and wildlife, you’ll learn how geology, water, and plant communities harmonize to create a thriving ecosystem. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the benefits our trees provide and practical tips on how you can be a “friend to the forest.”
