Neighborhood Tree Adoption Gilbert Garza Park

Bexar Branches Alliance is hosting a free tree adoption event in partnership with the City of San Antonio Parks Department, State Representative Ray Lopez, and the neighborhoods of Thunderbird Hills, Culebra Creek, and Ingram Hills. This event will provide free trees to local families while helping grow a greener, healthier community. Volunteers will assist with event setup, tree distribution, and supporting residents as they select and load their trees. No prior experience is required — training and guidance will be provided on site. This is a great opportunity to serve the community, learn about urban forestry, and be part of a positive neighborhood experience. Thank you for helping us expand San Antonio’s tree canopy and support stronger, cooler neighborhoods.
