Joined the board in June 2026. Contributed to statewide environmental conservation as oversight manager of more than two dozen armories, camps, stations, and National Guard training areas from 2005 to 2009, as Executive Director and Texas Adjutant General in the state agency: Texas Military Department.
Teaches graduate studies nonprofit management courses for Our Lady of the Lake University, where program alumni include executive directors and board members of 501(C)3 organizations in Texas and throughout the USA. Has lived in San Antonio since 1994 with his wife, children, and grandchildren; Cappy and I are regular walkers among the improved wooded trails of the Alamo City.
